Tayomara is an Architect and Urban Planner qualified in Brazil, who since working for the RIO 2016 Olympic & Paralympic organisation, has specialised in Project Management. At Pattern she has worked in the construction phase of Al Rayyan Stadium for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, and was the Lead Project Manager for the VIDENA National Sports Complex, for the Pan American and Parapan American Games Lima 2019. She brings to the practice a decade experience and an analytical and creative approach to project management in architecture. Her area of expertise covers sports infrastructure, large transport infrastructure and urban development. Tayomara embeds risk reduction strategies into the design of venues, alongside participatory strategies for major sports projects
