Lisandro has a solving problem mindset and is currently working in Everton Stadium, coordinating, and finding technical solutions. Previously, he was one of BDP Pattern’s site architects for the National Sports Centre La Videna for the Panamerican Games 2019. In this project, he led the coordination of the velodrome, multi-purpose arena, masterplan, and bowling venues. He coordinated a team of local architects, being the intermediary between the London office and the Lima office, and liaised with the client, structural engineers, services engineers, contractors, and suppliers to design and deliver this project in just 18 months, which resulted in a total success for the Panamerican games and Lima’s sports legacy.
Past experience includes design and project coordinator of the Mercado Urbano Tobalada in Santiago de Chile, a mixed-use project integrating four high-rise office (A+) and retail towers. Furthermore, he has led the coordination, technical delivery, and site supervision of several hotels and residential projects, such as the Camden Hotel, Alvear Icon Hotel, Arakur Ushuaia, and Molinos Ciudad BsAs. His experience and background enable him to offer practical solutions because of his multidisciplinary holistic approach that understands how different design disciplines interface to create proposals that enhance the human experience.
