Iria Gonzalez Otero

Since joining BDP Pattern, Iria has put her experience in complex, international projects to use working on the master planning team for the Qatar Foundation’s Education City Stadium for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament. She is now coordinating packages for the Callao and San Marco sports venues for the Lima 2019 Pan American Games. Iria is a qualified architect with over five years’ experience in architectural practices. She possesses extensive knowledge on producing bespoke design proposals, high-end quality client presentations, detailed BIM and CAD technical drawings, tender documents and construction detailing.




Prior to BDP Pattern, Iria worked at the London practice’s Benoy and Mixity Design. She also has experience working in practice in Spain, specifically in interior design at Cardenes Studio focusing on space planning for hospitality and high-end residential projects. Besides her background in a variety of residential and retail mixed-use projects, Iria has also worked on projects across the education and healthcare sectors.
