BA (Hons) BArch MArch ARBCharli graduated from the University of Dundee in 2015 with a Masters in Architecture. As part of her Master’s degree, she commenced exploration into the self-built city – in particular, the favelas of Rio de Janeiro and became fully qualified in 2019. As part of her honours degree, she researched the possibilities of applying textile techniques to lightweight structural systems, as well as the effects of mobile external cladding systems. Since joining BDP Pattern on January 2018, She has worked on the Aquatics Centre for the Videna National Sports Complex, for the 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games of Lima, Peru, as well as the Qatar Foundation Education City Stadium for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Charli is proficient in Revit and BIM technologies, with previous professional experience in the hotel and education sectors.
