Pattern entered the ideas completion for the redevelopment of the Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul, Korea. The proposal transforms the site from a hard vehicle-based precinct to a new urban park. Flood plains on the river and tributary are converted to a naturalist bank with cycling and footpaths through grass wetlands. In addition to refurbishing the main stadium, the proposal includes a new basketball venue, an Aquatic Centre and a new 12,000-seat arena.
