An innovative vertical arrangement of three Arena's for FC Barcelona's new Palau Blaugrana

Pattern was invited to the competition entry for the redevelopment of the Camp Nou site in Barcelona, including this new 20,000 seat arena. As a potent symbol of Catalan culture the Barcelona Football Club flag and colours are the inspiration for the dynamic fabric façade. The arena adopts a traditional in the round layout with flexible seating to accommodate a variety of uses but focuses on sport.
