An early exploration for a hot climate stadium.
This project is intended as a future-proofed design in two phases: Phase 1 is an asymmetric 25,000-seat stadium with a shade roof; Phase 2 sees an expansion to 40,000 seats, with active retractable paddle-shade roof, creating a symmetrical form.
The high west stand and asymmetric massing provides passive shading to spectators and players, while creating a luxurious stand for hospitality.
