BEnD, MA SPUD, ARB, RIBA, LEED APJon-Scott works across BDP Pattern in design and management roles and has experience in sports, master planning, and education projects worldwide. With a background in architecture, urban design, and environmental design, Jon-Scott’s specialisms include brief-writing and development, seating bowl design, functional planning, master planning, FIFA compliance, and coordination of large project teams. He plays a leading role in managing the practice, including new business, contracts, quality assurance, and people management.
Since joining Pattern in 2011 to work on Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, Jon-Scott led the Regina Stadium design team as Project Architect and co-authored a patent for innovative bowl geometry on the project. Jon-Scott worked as the Design Manager for the Al Rayyan Stadium for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, and Project Lead for the Callao Polideportivo and San Marcos University Stadium for the 2019 Pan American and Para Pan American Games in Lima.
